JSO provides several standards.
JSO 81001(CQMS / Customer-focused Quality Management System)

This is the standard for a system that manages the entire process from manufacturing to delivery of products and services from the customer’s perspective.
It applies to all resources, including products, services, the organization, and personnel.
JSO 81002(TESTING / Accreditation standards for testing laboratories)

It provides criteria for verifying whether inspection bodies conduct fair and consistent inspections, and whether inspections are performed impartially and fairly, with inspection results evaluated appropriately.
JSO 81003(ECO / An ethics-compliant organization)

This provides criteria for verifying whether a company’s products and services are delivered from the customer’s perspective with continuity, and whether they offer high public benefit. This also applies to organizations. It comprehensively evaluates the company, its products, and services from a perspective distinct from CSR.
JSO 81004(PPS / Personal data protection standards)

We verify whether rules have been established to appropriately store and manage personally identifiable information obtained through business activities, such as names and addresses, and to limit its use to the scope consented to by the individual.
We also verify whether mechanisms are in place to regularly confirm that these rules are being properly followed, and whether these mechanisms are functioning effectively without becoming mere formalities.
